Stitches / Needle Count: The number of loops of yarn is known as the stitch or needle count. The higher the stitch or needle count, the denser the rug. Higher-density rugs last longer and wear better than more loosely woven constructions. Our masjid carpets have approximately 1 ML points each square meter which is the highest density in the market.
Polypropylene / Olefin: The most stain-resistant synthetic fiber in the industry. Polypropylene repels water and is impervious to most stains. Olefin has resistance to humidity and mold. It is most recommended material for places where high foot traffic takes place such as Masjids, Banquet Halls, Hotels etc…
High Density: High density masjid carpets have multiple benefits. First of all higher-density masjid carpets last longer. Second of all higher-density masjid carpets prevent dust and dirt to go through bottom of yarns. Third of all higher-density makes the carpet more confortable which allow believers to stay on our carpet long time to chat and remember Al-Jami and Al-Hadi.
Antistatic: During manufacturing of our masjid carpets, we apply antistatic chemical which create very tiny layer of antistatic feature. This tiny chemical layer prevents electrostatic charge to reach nerve sensation of human body.
Easy-to-Clean: Another most important specification of masque carpets. All you need a carpet cleaner or steam cleaner. You may shampoo your masjid carpets as much as you want because our masjid carpets are made of Polypropylene / Olefin which doesn’t observe dirt.
Antibacterial: We use special chemicals that prevent multiplying of bacteria, mold and fungal. Especially in our masjids hundreds of people step on masjid’s carpets thousands of times after they do Wudu multiple times in a day. Feature of antibacterial of our masjıd carpets keeps our masjids clean, hygienic and healthy.
Non flammable: FFA regulates the manufacture of highly flammable clothing. Under FFA, CPSC can issue mandatory flammability standards. Standards have been established for the clothing textiles, vinyl plastic film, carpets and rugs, children’s sleepwear and mattresses and mattress pads. Our all masjid carpets meet the standards of FFA.
Heat Set: This is a process polypropylene goes through to put a twist in the yarn. When the yarn is set with heat, it has a wool-like appearance.
Line Count: One indicator of rug quality is the number of knots or stitches per square inch. When comparing the line count number of different rugs, it’s important to remember that this number may be calculated differently, depending on how and where the rug was made.
